Railway to nowhere

That first photo is superb!
I LOVE it.
Ooo that "town" looks like a wonderful place to explore - I could have a ball there.

I still find it hard to grasp that these little old places are just left to ruin. It's kinda like they are little treasures just completely overlooked and ignored. I want to shout at the world and tell them to wake up - LOOK!!
But by the same token - I kinda like that not a lot of people know (or care) about them.

You've captured the most wonderful light in the last one - approaching sunset?

This was on the Saturday arvo ... first the railway line at a level crossing ... pretty wierd to lie down between the tracks to take photos ...

then another maybe hour which would make it about 4pm when I found Lue Station ... the tracks were taken facing west (duh!) and the draper shop I twizzled on my heel and voila!

I think the draper shop is lived in ... the signage is gorgeous isn't it?

Gosh, the light in these is absolutely stunning. These images so remind me of an overnight trip to Carcoar. That same feeling of parts of the town being frozen in time...
